If I could write a negative review I would. I have an account with sunbelt rentals and I was informed that I owed them money. I found out that someone else had been using my account, about 1200 worth if rentals. I informed them that it was not me AND on my account I strictly have it written down, only myself to use this account. They informed me that I gave \verbal\ approval of the rentals which I have no recollection of and they don't record their voice calls so its my word versus theirs. Needless to say I am in collections and I have no intentions of paying this bill. If you are looking for a rental company go see Don at United Rentals or Adam at Herc Rentals. They have always treated me fairly. Sunbelt...record your conversations so there is no dispute. I will not be using you again.
