I purchased a washing machine from this store. I was guaranteed that the new washer would be fully installed and that THE BRICK WOULD TAKE AWAY THE OLD MACHINE. When the delivery men arrived, they dropped off the new machine hooked up the hose and never bothered to level the machine. Then they tell me someone else will be picking up the old one. Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow he says. I've been calling them for 3 days now and the old washing machine is still sitting in my driveway. This is not the first issue I have had with The Brick (this store) and I should have shopped elsewhere. However, I can 100% Guarantee that I will never use The Brick again.

These are wonderful sales people who treat you well at the time of purchase. This is where it all changes though. Once you have paid for your purchases the service abruptly stops. The biggest waste of money is the extended warranty offered. Do not fall into this trap as we did. We purchased an expensive leather living room set. The chair has been falling apart for a couple of months now and is ready to collapse. We have repeatedly phoned in for repair under warranty and have been assured that the chair will be repaired. Truth is, we are just being stringed along and nobody has telephoned us back to schedule repairs even after countless calls and promises. We are completely discouraged by this and will no longer shop here. Just an update to add to our negative experience with this company. We finally did have a repairman attend our home several weeks ago and he told us that he would have to order parts in order to repair our defective chair. This was weeks ago and we are still chasing down these people in order to resolve this issue. We are more convinced than ever that the warranty that they offer is a scam and the chances of having your defective furniture repaired are slim indeed.

Very happy with the service we received from the Store Manager Rich, really professional, fun and easy to talk to. Understood our needs and concerns with the durability of having pets in deciding material options, and our preferences in different options and configurations for our comfort. Didn’t get the names of the delivery guys, but they were also very professional and respectful with our home and floors. Initial reactions about the power recliner with power headrests and phone chargers built in...love it. And confidence of the cheap extended service plan gives us real peace of mind. Might be getting another to match!

Great location with informative staff. I dealt with Jackie and she was awesome! not pushy at all and was fun to work with and help me get what I needed while saving money. All around good.
