We came into The Source on Dorchester in the Falls with a complicated situation. Joe, helped us figure it out and everything was successful! On top of that Joe was very cheerful and was the only employee in the store and was able to manage all of the customers with kindness and ease! Also the store was clean and they had all of the appropriate precautions in place to make you feel safe during this time! Thank you Joe and The Source!

I went into the source to pick up a gift for someone for Christmas. While I was there I decided to ask some questions about wireless ear bud versus over the ear headphones. The girl who helped me according to my receipt was K. Peavoy and she was fantastic she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I decided on a pair of Sony WH-CH700N headphones which were only 99 (regular price 230) and she even suggested using my CAA card for an even further discount which I would never have thought of!

I went into the Source in Niagara Falls ON this morning on the advice of Virgin Mobile because I was experiencing issues with my iPhone SE The Customer Service I received there was phenomenal!! A bit of a strange store. Has a lot of items that can only be found in one place. But due to how small the stores are the selection is limited. Staff are always willing to help and are friendly.

We paid full price for a brand new router and they tried to pass off a returned one on us, and it did not even have the right power adapter. Next time you try to rip someone off, make sure you have the right size power connector.
