What an amazing company! I messaged them yesterday saying I was looking for pins for my pool ladder platform (our pool supply store was claiming they didn’t have any so they would have to order and sell to me). Even though it is actually the pool store that lost our pins when they were opening our pool. This company responded within five minutes and today I’ve received three times more than I need via UPS, no charge. Thank you so much! What amazing customer service!

I love making your products for you, everything that goes into each pool ladder, packing out at our Leer building for Trent and making sure that everything is in each and every box ,whether it's IN-24, AF ,CE or GE . I am changing my previously bad review. Although I did have a difficult time getting my VMs returned or speaking to someone over the phone in regards to missing all hardware required to install a pool fence kit, I did find a response to an inquiry I sent via their website, in my spam filter. My sincerest apologies. The company did say they would remedy the problem.
Absolutely the best customer service. We have had to request replacement parts twice now due to wind damage and the team at Vinyl works has gone above and beyond to help us out and get required parts out quickly.
