Would not recommend using this realtor for services. I had two separate experiences with two of their realtors and both were terrible. I have no idea how a company keeps people that are unethical and dishonest as well as rude. One of the posters mentioned the woman on here, I won't mention the other woman. On my experience, this woman lost it for no reason because I was late by 5 minutes. She was crazy. Rude and completely out of line. I was shocked. The other agent; We were robbed our application fee and then had no decency to return it considering the factors that she lied to us to get us to apply. Lost 70 dollars for no reason. She could care less. I went through hoops to get everything I was asked for. I felt taken advantage of. Liars. This is a poor reflection on the owner who has no qualms on keeping untrustworthy people in their office. Stay away from this place as best as you can. They are much better places.

This review is not reflective of the entire Re\\Max office but of their decision to hire Judy Halleran. Judy's erratic and abusive behavior is well known in local real estate community and those \in the know\ avoid her at all costs. Ms. Halleran apparently acquires her meager client stream by preying on out-of-towners who do not have the benefit of local experience. Had I just taken the time to google Ms. Halleran (there is a website dedicated to people that have been abused by her) I could have avoided having to interact with her. The Re\\Max office otherwise has an excellent reputation and many pros wonder why she was hired by them after being terminated by her last employer for her infamous histrionics. I have had personal experience dealing with Ms. Halleran and can say first hand that she is impossible to work with. Please do your own due diligence as there are many fabulous professionals from which to choose. Other real estate pros avoid her few listings unless they absolutely cannot avoid it - painful for the clients who are attempting to sell their homes and wonder why there are so few showings. Again - this is just one reviewers opinion and i suggest that potential clients do due-diligence before selecting an agent.
