Whether you're a novice or seasoned dancer, Kat will guide you through all of the intensity levels so that your personal experience is just that - personal to you. Also, she offers a wide variety of classes, so you're never bored. You'd be missing out on an awesome experience if you didn't try Nia with Kat!
