Stayed here for a week and a half this summer and it was great. Clean rooms, very nice staff, comfortable beds and the beach here is by far the best on the island. I would recommend Nice Beach Bungalows over all other accommodation on Thong Nai Pan Yai. The restaurant they have is the best on the beach. Trust me, I've tasted them all. They don't have a pool. But who needs a pool when you have a beach this gorgeous. Plus all the kids that were swimming in the pools at the other bungalows got ear infection. I kid you not. I talked to many parents and in the period we were here there were at least nine kids with ear infection. This is because the pools aren't as clean as they should be. So be smart, swim in the sea.
