These days great customer service has become a rare experience. That is not the case at the At&T store in Niceville, Florida. It's been a pleasure working with Leah to resolve an issue. She is knowledgeable of the products and services. Leah approaches each customer no matter the circumstance with a pleasant and helpful attitude. I am an elderly disabled veteran who is dependent on hearing aids. I have an app on my i phone that allows me to adjust my hearing aids to facilitate improved hearing. The app ceased to function. Leah, the store manager, quickly diagnosed the problem and in a very professional manner, resolved the issue. Once again, I can control the functions on my hearing aids. Thank you Leah.

I bought a prepaid AT&T plan elsewhere and could not get the instructions provided for switching my phone over to work. Anna went above and beyond to help me switch and handle all of my issues.
