The Niceville location is hit or miss. This is not the first time I've ordered and the pizza was doughy. So I won't be visiting this hungry Howie's again.
The curb-side pick-up fail! Went inside to pay and they said they would bring it out 15 minutes later I walked inside and my pizza was just sitting on the shelf hadn’t moved despite them telling me they would bring it out.
The curb-side pick-up was a complete fail. Despite me pressing the "I'm here" button on my order page two separate times 10 mins apart and getting an automated acknowledgement, they never brought it out. They said about 20 mins and I was there early, but seemed busy so I was patient. 45 mins after my order submission I went inside to check and my order was sitting on the shelf. The cashier said they try to observe the curbside pick-up option, but they missed it. The pizza wasn't bad, but would likely have been better when it was still hot. So if you prefer fresh pizza my recommendation is to go in and pick it up.
Had this when I was in crestview Florida and it was awful. Crust tasted like really dry card board.
Worst location in the county. The chain itself is great however this location will leave you feeling ripped off. It took 3 bad experiences over the course of two months for me to break and leave this review. I used to like to order from this location. Normally a great choice, however this time like the last two have been unworthy of consumption. One pie burnt through while the other was over cooked as well and had season from crust on the bottom of the box a non exaggerated amount on the pie itself. I will stick to Marco's or simply any other option for my Niceville pizza selection.
I am so appreciative of Hungry Howies. It’s a quality pizza with amazing variety and taste. My favorite is their large pepperoni, banana pepper with garlic butter herb crust. Thank you for being affordable also. Hurricane Micheal and Tower Hill insurance have depleted my saving. (Been waiting on Tower Hill since 2018) I know I can get your two topping carryout large pizza for 7.99 plus tax and it will last me 3-4 meals.
