Terri was caring, compassionate, thorough, professional, and worked hard to try to find a solution to all our needs. She communicates clearly and led us through the process every step. My brother’s funeral was classy and honoring to his memory.

I was interested in exploring an arrangement with them and dropped by to discuss. Result was that they sent a young man to our home to sign us up. His behavior was so laced with marketing and business development that I was embarrassed. I finally asked him to leave and never followed up. They never called me to inquire about any issue. They need some compassionate, adult professionals.

No compassion. All business. I'm not saying you can't make a living, but it took literally 2 minutes before I was offered a pricing menu. Obviously you don't \shop\ these things, but my experience here was almost humiliating.
