We first we're served by Old South on our first home in 2006 and we're pleased at how efficient yet thorough they were then to first time Florida home buyers. We then went back when we sold our home in 2012. The experience was just as pleasant the second time. We have worked them on vacant property in 2017 and again when we sd that earlier this year and they assistated in the sourcing of a few different providers for a 1041 exchange where almost nobody local did them. We closed again today on a fourth property and accomplished the exchange ensuring we reinvested within the stringent timelines and posedures to that are required when doing an exchange. Old South was fantastic and everything we could hope for in a Title company. Thank you.
