I was having battery problems and went to O’Reily’s to have my battery check. William, without hesitation, grabbed his tester and came straight out and checked it as well as the alternator. Needed a new battery. William installed it right there in the parking lot and in the rain. Very kind, and welcoming. Thank you.

They have given my dad, my boyfriend, and I all around 20 wrong parts. They have given me 5 starters that did not work even though they “tested” them. They are always extremely rude and pretend that you have no idea what you’re talking about even if you know well more than they do and are an actual mechanic. Have been a loyal customer for 5 years WILL NOT be back to this one. Go to Autozone if you want the right part and to be treated like an actual human being
