Had them replace my tires. I made an appointment online for the next day. Even though they were slammed with earlier appointments, they still took me in. I was expecting them to be awaile so I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am and said I would be back around 2 which was reasonable I thought. They called me at 11 and said my vehicle was done and ready for pickup. On top of great customer service, they gave me a discount!! How Awesome are they!!! Highly recommend them! Thanks, Pep Boys!

Came in with a gas leaking, front suspension knocking noise on a 17 year old car. The gentleman went over everything with me personally and listened to me when explaining what I could afford and could not. They broke down the work from most important to least. Very very trustworthy n honest! Thank u guys for the great work and service!

Friendly service. Have had several tire installations, flat repairs and tire rotations here. Appreciate how they work with the nation's largest customer direct tire distributor as an installation partner. No pushy unneeded services. Very much liked the extra care they took with my Tesla model 3. Thank you. Tip:. As others have said, best to bring vehicle in early , leave it, and expect a call late in day. The online appointments are nice so drop offs are spaced out, but don't expect a pit crew to jump out and rush your car to completion
