I had a call from GP on Friday, that I will have an appointment at some point next week. On Thursday morning nice lady called and asked can I come 4:30pm. I showed up. Lady at the reception was polite. I waited about 25min as there was slight delay. The GP was nice and professional, calmed me down and said what are the next steps. I can't say any bad word.

I took my uncle to his health check. The letter he received did not state a specific place so we went to his usual GP, which is where the health check would normally be and we were informed that this appointment is at Nicholstown Surgery so we phoned up Nicholstown and explained they said they'll let the nurse know and due to it not being in fault we could come down. Once at Nicholstown we waited over an hour to be seen (not good for someone who has learning disabilities) and when asking the receptionist how long it was going to be she just responded with 'it will be as long as it takes' My uncle who has a learning disability was becoming increasingly frustrated and nearly walked out a few times. But we eventually saw the nurse and he had no idea what was going on. We then had to see a doctor and was told to wait outside the drs room in the corridor (which was completely inappropriate as people were walking past and you could here the conversation in the GP room. We waited a further 10mins before my uncle couldnt cope anymore and said I dont i know how much longer we have to wait so he left. If I werent there he would have had to do this on his own. I am very unhappy with solent nhs trust disgraceful service! We were there for a total of 1 hour and 35 mins and didnt even finish the full appointment because it got too much. There was no reasonable adjustments at all and why would you not state where an appointment was if it had changed! Utterly disgusted I would never recommend this service x

I am a brand new patient through no choice of my own. Told me I wasn’t registered, turns out I’ve been registered for 2 months. They said they have no medical records for me so cannot give me an appointment or medicine (even though it’s urgent), turns out they’ve had my medical records since I registered 2 months ago!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Taking a trip to hospital due to their lack of care and breach of duty of care. If you want to actually see a doctor and not wait on hold for 30 minutes before even speaking to a human, stay away from this GP. Shame I’m stuck with them. I’d give 0* if I could.

Text said wait in car for call. 20 mins after the appointment I phoned up and was told to ignore that and come in the surgery. What incompetence!

a clinic that should not exist, women working at the reception desk can say that they do not know what they are doing there, they cannot read And not to mention thinking that doctors are a total failure, paracetamol is the favorite medicine, the level of medical knowledge is lower than in some countries they have children in primary school, in one sentence it is a disagreement
