The guys were great. They were hard workers, they took good care of my belongings and make sure they moved and packed everything both in the truck and into my storage unit carefully. The were courteous to me and they even brought in an extra pick up truck in order to accommodate more of my belongings. The office staff was also nice and easy to work with and she made note of all the things I was taking with me and all the things I was not. She also paid attention to details and made sure the guys were on the ball (and they were). Good teamwork from them all. They did a good job and managed to pack my storage unit efficiently, saving me money from having to get a larger unit! Thanks, guys!

This was an unplanned move. I had to move on a budget. My old place did not have a working elevator. The new place I had to schedule the elevator. The moving cost had to paid by my old apartment complex. Lawyers were involved. It was an whole ordeal. But Nicky's handled it like a pro. They were efficient and understanding. You can't beat the price either. There is no doubt in my mind that if/when I move again, I will use Nicky's Moving & Storage.

Recommended by a friend and the company did not disappoint! Move was easy from booking the service to messaging with questions. Movers were friendly and worked very quickly! Heard zero complaints despite moving to a third floor apartment in the rain. The movers wrapped and protected my furniture and everything made it with not a single scratch. So nice to work with them on a simple 1 piece furniture move. Very automated computerized system with lots of reminders. They were very flexible and able to change things with little notice. The guys in the truck were in contact with me throughout the process. They were very forgiving when they couldn't find the delivery address which I had inadvertently put in a backwards. Thanks guys!
