If you are looking for professional help and products that can alleviate hardships when you have health problems or disability, this place is a perfect example how to be treated. Very friendly knowledgeable staff with great attitude and can do mentality. What's missing in the shop will be researched and probably delivered somehow. If they can't get it, it might not be available.

Ein Dekubituskissen sollte es sein, bei einer solchen Erkrankung ist besondere Eile geboten, das sieht man bei Krämer offensichtlich nicht so...wochenlanges Vertrösten, Termine werden ohne Angabe von Gründen nicht eingehalten und ein wenig kundenfreundlicher Service lassen nur die Empfehlung zu, eine Alternative zu finden.
