Fletcher hotels seems to have many negative reviews so I did some research and came across this fletcher hotel. And to my delight I was very contented. When we arrived we were already impressed with the building, so huge and attractive. Parking: very huge parking garage which was included in the hotel package deal. Check in: the check in was quick and the front desk clerks were very friendly. Hotel room: 4th floor, neatly arranged. Breakfast: the breakfast was a big plus! Wide variety of choices and the seating was so organized and corona proof. The dining room was very artistically designed, we were very impressed! Also can’t do without giving the attendant at the entrance of the dining room a compliment on her pleasant greeting. There is a pool and gym as well, which is a really good look for this hotel! This hotel has so much potential that we do hope that they would take the little tips that could actually make this hotel stand out even more. Although most people don’t use the fitness lounge, there are just a few that do. The gym machines were broken and very rusty. 3 machines that could really be of good use. It’s such a pity that they were not useful. I hope that the hotel would look into this.

Friend of mine works here. Low salary, hard work, bad personnel facilities. I have personally been here a couple of times. The female receptionists I've met are very friendly. The male staff seem very stiff and robotic.
What an awful experience. The room 302 is connected to 301 via an old/thin wooden door. You can literaly hear every word the people in the next room are speaking. My neighbours were blasting loud music until midnight. I couldn't sleep. At first I thought there was a street festival going on because the sound was so dominant. It took me a while to realize that this was actually coming from the room next to me.
Good location for NBC Conference Centre. Friendly staff and good facilities.
Great, lovely only the bar closed too early (23:00). Rooms where airconned!
The only fletcher hotel that I have been to with air-conditioning and mini bar. They where unable to give me a bathcoat under the pretext that they ran out. Overall was nice
Big hotel, nice indoor pool, everyone working there was so friendly, you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. Very helpful with information and directions also. Rooms are big and comfortable, clean too. Very good for people like us that want to travel around, the bus stop direction Utrecht/ Amsterdam is 1 minute away and the bus from Utrecht runs till almost 1 am. Well, We liked it!
