Got a very good deal on a used car that looks like new, plus accessories. Dealer very flexible and friendly and what's more important, honest. Even though there are other branches in places nearer to our house, we will stick to this one for the yearly servicing. It loses one star because we were made to wait for at least 30 min when we came for our test drive (with our three kids).
I visited Auto Totaal Service in Nieuwegein while on a trip (I live in Sweden) without a prevoius booking, because both my headlights were broken. I was nicely offered a cup of coffee while they quickly fixed my car. On top of that at an unexpectedly reasonable price. Five stars well earned!
