I had placed an order for an ultrawide curved screen. Unfortunately, the screen arrived with a vertical crack. Probably handled too roughly during transport? My RMA-request was quickly handled. I was able to return the defect item the next working day and had a replacement within three days (allthough it took a day longer because I missed the courier). After having ordered several items here, I am still a satisfied customer!

Ordered most of my pc parts there. I had to wait 2 weeks for the psu as they were mostly out of stock everywhere due to corona. Otherwise the order came pretty fast. Good client service aswell.

I ordered my case (1 in stock ) on Wednesday 16th around 4:30 p.m., the package was shipped on Thursday around 3:30 p.m. and I received my package on Friday around 2:00 p.m. all this in UPS and to Belgium. I thank the service of this site!

I feel like the people who work here must be depressed as hell. It's so dull inside and there's nothing to see or do. The service is good and fast, but they should treat their employees better. The employees are very nice people!
