Gastronom food. Not cheap but good ambiance quality and service
If you want to get away from the crowded beaches at the coast, walk/bike inland along the Yzer promenade and visit the cosy town of Nieuwpoort. ( rebuild in the original style after being levelled to the ground in both worldwars ). You can find this high-end brasserie on the market Square in the centre of town. Quality food, good cocktails and exquisite beers. Cuisine with a modern touch .
Terrible. We eat out a lot. Every day. Never had such bad food. Obviously they try to catch holidaymakers with the beautiful terras, people that will not return any way. Tapas ham was rancid and so grassy that the oil running ran off the plate. The burata was good but the tomato's so hard you could not cut it with a table knife. As mains the sole was well prepared but the bisque of the bouillabaisse was cold and the mussels and fish were still raw. The chips was cold with a lot of rotten ends. We tired to complain and were just silenced ! Including a beer, a glass of wine and 500ml water we ended with a bill of 138 ! Ignorant rude staff was for free! I can't believe that things like this can exist in times like these . Underserving of a 4,3 rating. From all the 14 restaurants in Nieupoort we ate during our 2 week stay they are the only one we will not return to!
charming service, nice ambience, delicious food
Great food, trendy and cosy. Each detail has been managed. Superb c/mocktails. Renomated italian wines. All other good things to be discovered by you. Enjoy.
Love this place. Great modern regional food. Fabulous decor and great service. Ideal for a special meal.
Pleasant place for a family dinner.
