I visited your store about 3mths ago and really enjoyed shopping there. I visited the store few days ago and it was a total mess. Boxes and stock strewn all over the floor, totally the wrong item description & pricing on most of the products making it very inconvenient to shop. I also found that the standard & quality of service had dramatically dropped….. 3mths ago when I visited and asked staff if they had any Magic Erasers, the gentleman took me straight to them…. When I asked the same the other day…staff did not know what I was talking about and said NO…after negotiating the trip hazards I found them in stock…but that had the WRONG price too. Might give that place a miss.

Visited your store today. Great little place well stocked with a huge variety of items. The staff were brilliant & VERY helpful. They showed me everything I wanted to get….. That made my shopping easier and more pleasurable. Will be definitely shopping there again and I definitely recommend it. Thank you

Up in Darwin visiting the Grans for Christmas & visited your Nightcliff store last Wednesday. Been in the Retail industry for a while & now a publican, we were pleasantly surprised to find a store in Darwin that has reasonably price product & with exceptional quality of customer service. We will be visiting your store again before we go back to Perth… so my wife can empty my wallet again. We thank you for a wonderful shopping experience, Merry Christmas from :) Butch & Edna Parker Oh!.... And my wife says that she loved the music you were playing in the store & wants’ me to play that in our pubs…

Great service and a surprisingly good range. A few weeks ago I popped in to get Xmas decorations and a nice young man named David started talking to me. By the time I left I had more decorations that I needed and had done most of my Xmas shopping. Thanks David, it is great to see young people with manners and respect.

Visited your store recently. Great customer service and friendly staff, the girl who served me was very helpful with suggestions as I had to find a few Xmas pressies. Great range of gear too, highly recommend if you need to get a few things for everyone.

Got there 5mins after the doors closed chasing a gift bag for a present. Lady in the store didn't even have the courtesy to open the door to talk to me shouting at me through the glass. You obviously making too much money to be able to turn customers away.
