Holly is a digital platform designed to improve assessment processes like operational due diligence and enhance communication, collaboration and engagement with all involved stakeholders in outsourced asset management. OPERATIONAL DUE DILIGENCE MADE (ALMOST) FUN. We originally created Holly to make the ODD process easier and smoother. It allows more effective file-request features, more organized document-storing and easier questionnaire filling process. We quickly realised that it was much more than a simple ODD tool. As it is fed data through our projects, it becomes a holistic asset-management information source that enables benchmarking and research. Also, the unique ODD methodology we’ve designed can be replicated and applied to other processes like investment due diligence, RfP process, asset class review and collaboration evaluation.
