Service was very good! At first we didn’t know that a reservation was needed. Was on our way out when the manager chased us and told us we will be accommodated! Talk about customer service! But please put in your reservation ahead of time as they get crowded really fast. Food was very good! The quality of food that they serve is well above what it’s priced! They serve Tochigi Beef here, and it is phenomenal. The salad and soup was amazing. Their hamburgers are hand formed and tastes 100% beef with no additives, by the time you bite in to it, you’d know the difference! I can’t stress enough how good their Tochigi beef steak is! Watch out Kobe beef... you might’ve found your competition.

Food is top quality. Local beef is better than anything in Kobe. Staff are super friendly, will return whenever I come to Nikko
Excellent quality and service. Not cheap, but totally worth it.
We were just trying to escape the rain, but ended up having some amazing steak bowls here. The building is also surrounded by a nice garden.
Fantastic beef and fish in a nice cosy atmosphere.
