I've used a lot of hosting services over the years from the average to the really bad. I've seen hosting companies start off well and slowly go down the toilet as they've got bigger or been bought by larger companies. In the short time I've been with Nimbus Hosting I've been incredibly impressed by the hosting environment itself and the support I've received. It just isn't comparable with other hosting companies I've used. The hosting dashboard is incredibly user friendly and well thought out. It feels like it's been designed by web developers who have simplified processes that can be unnecessarily complex on other hosting platforms. The few times I've had to use support, tickets have been answered quickly and efficiently. Nobody can ask more than that. Nimbus Hosting is a joy to use!

They promised me a discount due the fact i'm a small business and i told them corvid have affected us. That was well over 3 weeks ago. They told me they would send over an amended package. No email no amended package. I since then spoke to about 2 people regarding this and no responses. Mark did eventually come back to me with the amended package that discussed previously. Nimbus is top quality in fact way beyond quality host, just put my forum site and a few other sites onto STORM Argon and wow is this fast, blink and you will miss your page refresh, it has an excellent server panel, so much better layout than the old plesk server I was on and I thought that was good. Free migration by a tech that understands your needs. If you are thinking twice about going onto storrn do not even bother, just do it, it really is as good as the reviews. 100%, thanks to Tim, Pete and the tech Chris who moved my sites.
