I have been working with Nimisha for over 6 months now. Originally, I had doubts about a nutritional approach to weight loss. Doubts that proved to be false. In these few months my pain levels have dropped (bad knees) and my pants are too big, without going on a "diet"!? I never stepped on a scale. I was never given a calorie goal. We just talked. She taught, I learned. If you are serious about changing your life, I highly recommend you invest in yourself and schedule an appointment. It's a better way. .

I was reluctant to try another nutritionist that would tell me to eat 1200 calories yada yada. I have been overly surprised on Nimisha's approach to nutrition. She does not use the typical approach to solve eating issues. She goes to the core of issue pairing therapy and nutrition. I continue to learn from her. She has provided patience and a safe environment for me to grow. She also runs workshops that educate on Thyroid issues, source of cravings and gut health. She is very gentle and not judgmental. More people would benefit from her knowledge. I am so glad I have found her. I did not know her specialty existed.
