Breakfast here is the best in Suncrest. The new staff is greatly appreciated by regular customers. The new staff really boosted energy and service, prior to new staff there were multiple times where I had witnessed customers leave without service. Glad to see change and increase in service quality.

Not only are staff rude , but they didn’t ask me what I wanted soda wise & they also burnt all of our food. We waited in the drive threw for 30 minutes for one burger and Mozzarella sticks. Just to receive them burnt and not get the drink I was expecting. Will never spend my time or money at this location again.

Okay, I wasn't expecting a sit down breakfast where they wait for you. I've never been to Zips place for breakfast until 2 days ago. We just got done with our appointments at 9 miles, and thought we should check out zips to see if they serve lunch already. Well this is what we got, a gigantic plate of chicken fried steak with hash browns, eggs and toast. This place impressed me. I could only eat a quarter of what I ordered. It was just too big for me Haha. It was delicious, and the lady went out her way to make us some shakes as well, even though they don't normally serve that for breakfast. I love the scenery and the ambiance of the place, it's so cozy. I'm coming back, and I will be bringing my husband, cause I told him everything about it. I just didn't expect a fast food chain to have something like this; delicious, neat, and an awesome service. Thank you Zips of Nine Mile Falls.
Very nice remodel of dining room. Excellent front Counter service. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Exceptional for a fast food place.
