My USB port wasn’t working and my computer wasnt connecting to WiFi and they guided me through trying to fix it and it’s working good as new now.

Dropped off my laptop 3 weeks ago for my laptop not coming on and a knocking from my hard drive picked it up today cause they can't figure it out and there's a screw missing another one that's stripped completely my screen no longer shuts all the way and the keyboard area above my disk drive is bent up showing about a quarter inch into the guys of my laptop not to mention the kid that is supposed to be working on them along with the owner (his dad) doesn't know what he's doing half the time and has to call and ask advice from the owner I'll never take another piece of computer equipment here even if it's the last place open in the state

I am going to be honest, looked like an okay place and I take a huge interest in computers. That being said, your site really needs some improvement and your logo looks like it could use a little more of the eraser tool on photo shop. I would just go to best buy and pay all that money to the geek squad. I also recommend you get real photos on your site and not fake ones from the internet.
