Been here multiple times before, usually happy, but this time they over charged me. I said only gel nails, the man “did manicure” my nails are lumpy and peeling by second day. It was near closing time, everyone was in a rush to leave, I didn’t see any employees sanitizing equipment.

I went in on Friday with a friend of mine to get our nails done. not only was I cut twice (blood and everything) Not once was it acknowledged and I received the most messy haphazard service I've ever received anywhere in my life. My nails are misshapen, don't look good, are lifting everywhere ,are not wedged to the cuticle correctly. All around the messiest job I've ever seen I honestly want to take them off now which is fine I won't have to wait long considering the fact that they've been lifting for 3 days even though I got them done 7 days ago today. They ripped off my old nails without even soaking them. did I mention the fact that they overcharged me??? DO NOT GO HERE. you'll end up spending just as much as you would at paxiao but trust me at least paxiao knows what they are doing and I can guarantee their results for at least 3 weeks. save yourself from this place!!! I am not the type to leave bad reviews but trust me this place deserves it, I'm so nice that I'll always pay for a job done even if they don't deserve a cent... I'm amazed this place is still in business. You could pay me and I would never step foot in that place ever again.
