Called the emergency line as I had a friend cut open his hand and we were trying to figure out best place to go. Lady who answered was very rude and not willing to help with any information. Not sure why they even have a phone number there if they are unwilling to help.

They have horrific patient care and obvious prejudices, they have also made many mistakes that almost lead to deaths of family and friends. I recommend going ANYWHERE else.
