I have experienced Nirav as my loan officer two times now and he is an amazing gentleman and more amazing as a loan officer. He always returned every phone call I made never once making excuses but just getting the job done. When he says something is going to happen Wednesday you can take that to the bank. No pun intended. He does what he says and his staff is almost as good as he is. And I only say almost because I have never met anyone who is as good as Nirav when it comes to mortgages. I certainly will use Nirav again in the future and no longer will even call anyone else when it comes to mortgages. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best Nirav is a 12.

Nirav had excellent command of customer service, I had talked to several landers and none of them had showed interest as like Nirav. He guided me on each step since I am the first time home buyer. Nirav is the guy that you can completely rely, he will tell you the truth not the sugar coated false. There was another lander provided me little less interest rate than First American bank, but other lender had lots of hidden charges in the closing costs that’s even more than Nirav had quoted. Don’t be cheated by unknown landers, call him and you will find the difference. It is worth calling him for second opinion. I feel so much confident about my decision since I was guided very well.
