Poor handling of clients. A very costly shop. You can get much better stuff from Talwar fabrics nearby or Dreams. I bought sofa cloth from Nirmal, a very costly one but they supplied me defective material. When i asked them to change it they started giving excuses. Don't trust them at all. Better go to Talwar or Dreams or you can go to ABN furnishings, a very genuine company with genuine rates and after sale service.
