Management was not updated with the generation Customer are struggling With the management Even bathroom will not get clean We visited theatre to watch the Sultan movie With entire family members They Don't have UPI transaction availability Due to covid 19 maximum member of people use online transaction seats are available but we get back home without watching movie We request them but there are not even convinced to provide manager contact number There was no manager in the office Complete staff they don't have Mask & no sanitation work program are going

Seats are not comfortable, flow of Ac is not nice. And the main part is that screen is blurr, Clean/ fix the screen it's looking ugly and the picture quality some what low.... Some changes will be done then it's called as an multiplex/Asian cinemas.......
