I found out about Nirvana through a friend. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how welcoming the receptionists was, amazing customer service!! The staff was excellent with making me feel comfortable. They explained the procedure clearly and was very amicable. Dr. Genesis presence is very calming and she ensures that the information is well received. She answered all my many questions, which is very good considering that this was my first experience, that helped me to overcome my fear. My Brazilian laser hair removal procedure was done exceptionally well, I am very pleased with the outcome. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Convenient office hours and no appointment necessary. I was warmly greeted and assisted as soon as I entered the clinic. Dr. Genesis explained laser hair removal treatment, and helped me decided on the best method. She has a nice sense of humor and put me at ease right away. The technician's are competent, respectful and kind. I am happy with my results and would definitely go back
I have been a client of Dr. Genesis for over 10 years. Her staff and facility make me feel at ease. Her knowledge and wide array of services makes it easy for me to deal with several issues at one place. I trust Dr. Genesis and appreciate that we have someone of her caliber in our community. Dr. Genesis is wonderful. I have seen her about fillers and small amounts of botox and she has always been nothing but helpful. She always takes into consideration the best thing for her patients and is VERY informative. I recently saw her about acne and she took the time to sit down and explain what the best solution would be for my specific needs. Dr. Genesis has a very professional relationship with her clients yet makes it evident that she truly cares. Although she is leaving Nirvana, I would have no issue going elsewhere in order to receive her services. I would recommend her to anyone!
I absolutely loved the service here. I showed up around 8:30 both times I have went and I was in a room and accommodated to quickly. While I waited I was well informed of the other services that they provided and special offers that they had on. Dr. Genesis and her team were very understanding and caring all throughout the treatment process and I felt that I definitely got my money's worth. 5 stars for sure!!
Nirvana has the best team! They are so caring and kind. I had such a great experience and i totally recommend going there. You wont be disappointed! Dr.Genesis has the most wonderful clinic around! Love that place
Rarely have I gone into a business which I would give a perfect rating. Nirvana Laser Hair and Skin Clinic is one such exception. I have gone twice now and intend to return again; their service is immaculate. The clinic is very clean and I am always greeted when I enter. The staff are all very polite, cheerful and informative. The process for undergoing any of their services is quick and easy to understand -- they explain everything in detail (from what they're doing, how it works, to follow up and aftercare) and were happy to answer any questions I might have. And if good customer service wasn't enough, their prices and deals REALLY are as good as their website says. I did a lot of research into what I wanted before I came across Nirvana, and you aren't going to find anywhere else that will offer you better. I'd definitely recommend Nirvana Laser Hair and Skin Clinic to anyone I know.
The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I had a filler procedure. It went very smoothly and the results are beyond my expectations. Everything is so smooth, soft and natural looking. I purchased a medical grade skincare regime that was recommended by a staff member and am absolutely astounded at the results in less than 48 hours; my pores have shrunk, my skin tone has evened out and has a healthy glow. At age 55, I never imagined having such healthy, glowing skin, but I do. I am so very happy. Thank you, Dr. Genesis and staff! 5*! Highly recommend.
