Stopped into this shop on Sunday with the heighten Covid rules... the shop very clean and organized... all Customers counted when entering & leaving ... the staff very friendly, eager to help .. go above and beyond to assist with products & finding sizes.. very patient and helpful .. and great prices too!

Honestly, everyone there was so nice especially the employees in the fitting rooms. I was trying a shirt on and came out of the stall to ask my siblings for their opinion, when one of the employees came up and asked me to try on another shirt with different colours. I usually shy away from those colours because I'm not sure if they'll look nice on me but she told me that with my skin tone and hair it would look nice. She also said it'd make my legs look longer so I tried it on and when I came back out to show my siblings, they said that shirt looked so much better. The employees are all nice, polite, friendly and have a good eye for style.
I went in to exchange a pair a pants and didn't have the receipt but they said I could exchange or get a gift card. The sales associate Jane was SO helpful in taking the time to help me find a pair of pants I liked and that fit. She even went out of her way to search the backroom for the last pair of long ones! I usually hate shopping in store but Jane made it such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning!
Not impressed....raise your prices and then mark them down as 50%...I bought the same item two months ago for 25 dollars and it is now 40 with a supposed 50% discount???
Amanda is such a sweat heart! She definitely deserves a raise. This store is amazing and the customer service is perfect.
If it is possible, I will mark zero star. Very bad experience in this store. My daughter tried on some clothes and at last she decided not buying any. Then an associate beside mocked my dauther with his co-worker. Those guys were very very rude and extremely lack of professional ethics! When I complained to the manager ,he appeared totally indifferent as if nothing happend. I will never go there again. Strongly not recommended!
