I had issues with the portal for payments and other online issues they run old software not user friendly for Android and horrible customer service. They have a answer for everything ,go to the nearest library ?? I'm glad thers other H2S Providers out there. Horrible experience 2 days in a row.

Over my 20 years in the industry, the name above the door has changed more times than the course material relevant to me. Regardless of the stagnant course material we are required to renew nearly every required certificate on a 3 or 5 year basis. Any course material that has changed has lowered the requirements for successful completion, thus lowering basic competency standards industry wide. This is a fitting change however, as the standards for the instructors they use has taken a dive as well. Up until recently the school was staffed with experienced management from within the industry. This is no longer the case. It's now managed by transplants from the public education system who have brought their bureaucratic, authoritarian management style with them. Gone is the hands on style of instruction, the rigs were unceremoniously hauled out in favor of desk chairs and bullet point lessons. The employee that was supposed to remind them that most oilfield workers do poorly in classroom settings must've been on vacation. Because of that baffling error in judgement, most classes look more like a hypnotist's show than a learning institution. Over the past 5 years the most valuable thing I've learned from attending classes here is a clever way to flip my eyelid skin for a more convincing appearance of consciousness. Sell the building and just put it all online already.
