I went to freedom kiosk front of addidas store around 2:45 pm. there was girl sitting there not attentive of surroundings. I said hello 5 times she did not respond. I went to the other side called her again couple of times she still did not respond . she was superbusy in her phone seems she was ignoring me all the time. then I went to the third side to have to call her again and knock on the board to get her attention. she was like what. What not helpful. I ended up leaving from there without asking anything. poor customer service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! when paying my bill with debit they charhed my account twice! they daid their system did not process payment and yet the funds are out of my checking account! I had now paid for the 3rd!! time inluding a 2 dollar fee since I had to pay directly to a rep as I obviously cant trust their system!! Customer Service was USELESS as alway!! WORST COMPANY!!!
