I am not a fan of reviews but this needs to be shared. I will start with the staff are way better than other locations in Edmonton that Ive been to. But I was there the other day for the first time and I'll never go again. I drove over an hour to do outlet shopping but this location isnt even a outlet even thought its in an outlet mall..... Same stuff as wem and a smaller selection. Waste of my time.

Excellent customer service at this location. I wish I got the girls name to mention her by name. Completely professional compared to Calvin Klein i would recommend Jack and Jones over any store in this mall. Thank you for treating us properly. Keep up the good work.

Above and beyond all expectations. I've been to this mall a couple times and no where you go will anyone even notice you are in their store. This location followed amazing standards for post covid my mind was blown for starters. I got to meet Kyzer and Eden. Those two made an amazing team and I didn't even realize that an hour had passed while in there. "Time fly's when you have fun." That girl actually got me to dance and I don't dance.. Best time I've spent in a store ever.
