Just Gross! My family stayed for a night after a flight, got in our room and the bed sheets were dirty, there was only one set of towels which the face cloth had a big yellow stain. We tried to call the desk but the phone did not work, we went to the lobby and nobody came. Wthe little guy forgot his special blanket and I had called multiple times and days to try to get it but most times they do not answer, I did end up talking to someone to explain that my child forgot his personal blanket , they said "I don't understand " then hung up. I called back I was told to call the next morning which I did, again they said they don't understand and call back another time and hung up. I again called and was told to call at 5pm when a housekeeper was working then again hung up on me. The worst customer service i had Still waiting to retrieve my child's special blanket.
Cheapest in nisku. Free parking for a week with an overnight stay.
Very nice little motel. I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The management is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfortable, and the price is low. Definitely my favourite budget motel in the area.
Was given a smoking room, because we had a dog, whoa, really bad smell. Was not told we were getting g a smoking room, surprise! The carpets were dirty, old food on the floor, walls and roof stained. No bugs so that was a positive. We stayed, it was quiet but really needs to be cleaned well.
Good WIFI, clean rooms, for the price it met my expectations.
Great little motel, seems like they got new TV's, mine had a 55 or 60 inch tv, had smaller ones last time I was here. Rooms were clean, quite area. I also like how the non-smoking rooms are in a separate building than the smoking rooms.
Awful. -20 temperatures and the window had been left open. Electric heater in room didn't work. Only heat was from heater in the bathroom. Seal around door broken, cold wind just whistling in. And then there was the unclean bed linen. I know it was cheap but they could have some sort of self respect. I don't recommend it and I will never stay here again.
