Great service! My boiler stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called, the tech responded, and fixed the problem with in an hour and half. Even took the time to explain what the problem was.

Nite Oil has been delivering my oil for years so when I wanted to get a new furnace I went directly to them. I read the other two (one-star!) reviews and thought I'd tell you about my experience. We set up the appointment and the first man was right there on time. Within an hour and a half the old furnace was out of there. I was only without water for 45 minutes. The others came in and worked quickly and quietly. When I saw the amount of tools and mess I was wondering how they'd leave the basement. It was as close to spotless as it can get! I have a beautiful new clean quiet running furnace now and it all took one working day. I would recommend them anytime.

Had water dripping from a pipe from the boiler. They answered the phone on the first ring at 8am this morning, nice as could be. Told me someone would be out late morning, nice kid arrived around 11. Solved the problem, stopped the dripping and was pleasant and professional. Nite has been delivering our oil now for over 8 years and we have never had an issue. Responsive on service calls too!
