Two stars for the Location of the Project. Its right in the middle of Surya Enclave and nearby to NH1. Visible from National Highway too. Now comes the cons, rest everything is con. The project is delayed, the main proprietary company is in debt, The condition both indoor and outdoor is pathetic, you can see slabs of cement falling from here and there. Moisture everywhere which shows how poor quality of material used in construction. The rates are highly inflated, no PSU or Big banks give loan on this property. Beware! Buy it if any national bank provided you the loan. I doubt it doesn't have RERA accreditation too.

A locality with 1, 2, 3 BHK sets with a gym, a park, a bed Minton court and a small utility store. The locality is safe and secure and is good for the settlement of a nuclear family. The residents even elect the representatives for the management of the events and celebration of festivals in a good manner.
