Seriously unbelievable. I gave them a call to see if I could get my pontoon in for a new prop. The guy on the other end of the phone asked me what size prop I had (in a very rude and abrasive voice). I told him I didn't know, as it was at the bottom of Truman Lake. I kid you not, his response was: "Why don't you take me out of the middle of this and call Dyna Props." I was kinda shocked and didn't know how to respond. I said OK. He hung up the phone. How this fella is in business I HAVE NO IDEA!!! I own a retail business myself and would NEVER treat someone like that.
