Worst experience I have ever had with a taxi company
like
The drivers are reckless. One van USDOT #2468731 almost hit me (not my car) standing by my car at the FRYS gas station in Green Valley. Then the driver rolled her eyes at me when I was taking a picture of the van. When I called the business to report her the owner hung up as soon as I said I was calling to report one of his drivers. He barely spoke English and kept laughing at me on the phone. He acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying. I called the DOT Complaint Hotline to report the vehicle, which I probably wouldn't have done if the owner had acted liked they were even a little concerned about their drivers being safe and responsible.
