Let me just say I have used this closing attorney a little over a year now and I am beyond grateful at the amount of attention to detail the practice has. I'd highly recommend this branch to all of my real estate agents plus knowing they are bilingual is great for any Spanish (as-the-first language) clients. Mr. Nogales (owner) is a top notch explainer and Pre-closer Bridgett is very responsive in her emails. They throughly read the Settlement Statement as it should be so everyone is on the same page at closing.

HORRIBLE service. Horrible communication between pre-closer and Realtor before closing. Horrible Service provided by Attorney who owns the practice. My client and I were told the buyers funds were all in twice and when we arrived the practicing Attorney had my client sign all documents was happy to tell me I can have my check but don’t cash it yet and then told my client the funds were not in. Horrible!!! Why lie to Sellers about Funds being in on an All Cash Deal?! Will never recommend or use this firm for Real Estate deals again!!!
