No better place to purchase a car. They have a large variety to choose from not just chevy. They gave me a military discount and made me feel appreciated for being in the service. Also they helped my wife and i get in the car that best fit our financial circumstance and that fit us as a family. ill be coming back for sure. Management and sales were very professional and safe, always kept and mask on and were very clean and mindful.
Service and part departments are a complete joke with no customer service what so ever. I have purchased 4 vehicles and referred many friends here. They give me great deals but man these service guys. My brand new truck that has a known problem but it wont be fixed because they cant hear the problem themselves because they drove it around their tiny lot and could hear the clunking noise. Part department have messed up my order so many times, countless calls and they cant seem to get my orders in. Which i slightly understand that its out of their control but their indifference is what frustrates me. I called other dealerships and it was a night/day difference. Even offered to ride along with me to figure out what the problem is. and GM's 1800 number is as useless as can be.
I don’t really want to complain but here it is. I always do my business with Croppers for oil changes and so on and so forth. What got me upset today is I took my car in today for an oil change, I took it around 9am and got it back at 4pm. When I went to go pay they told me it was around 80 and previous times that i have gone they charged 50 some for both the tire rotation and an oil change together. I’m just upset that they failed to tell me that the tire rotation is not in a bundle anymore. That they charge it separate. I’m not upset about having to pay it, but i honestly wasn’t prepared to pay that much and they didn’t inform me. I spoke to the manager and yes i got a free oil change for my next visit but honestly that’s not the point, it’s the fact they didn’t tell me and I wasn’t prepared. And my income is nothing of importance either. If I’m not prepared I’m not prepared. I just think they should let people know these things. It’s the miscommunication that creates these problems.
