The first incident was with my explorer. They jacked the car in the wrong location, pulling my driverside fender out. The second and las time they didn't tighten the rear wheels. On 2 of 10 lugnuts were tightened. The rest were loose

Quick and inexpensive
Super fast help, nothing fancy, great service
Went to get rear tires rotated swap inside to out. At first they say 10 each then 5 for balance. After they saw the car they change the price 15 each. So total 40 I was okay but now the rear has a little vibration when going on freeway. Staff were friendly. The shop could use a renovation used to cruise these streets as a teen and shop still looks like junk.
