I was very satisfied with the service I received from Imelda. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had a few changes this year and I had lots of questions. She was very professional but also a pleasure to talk to. The office was very clean. There were sanitization products available for use and she promptly sanitized for the next customer. That made me feel like she'd done that before I got there and I left comfortable without worrying about the possibility of bringing germs home with me or in my car. It's also nice for your privacy that this office isn't inside of a busy Walmart. All around it was a great visit and I will be using this specific office next year!
