Cashier waited to help me out until she saw a long line. To top things off and make things worst sprayed my son's face with whatever she was cleaning the counter with I get they have to clean after each customer but they should be more careful...I expected an apology not a giggle

Lately all the employees seem to be snobs.They don't greet the customers anymore. Not even the men have the courtesy to welcome anyone. I was always taught to welcome each individual regardless of how annoying it gets when no one responds. But come on...even Ross welcomes you in with a smile. What happened Marshalls? Even when an employee sees that I stand next to her/him, they pretend I don't exist nor bother to offer any help. Managers, do something about it, please.
