Incredible thing just happened to me. Visited this place Today 11/09/2019 4:30 pm. To change a defect lipstick. But I can not change that. Because there said it is no problem. it was very unkind. When they called the manager, an older woman from another department treated me very roughly. I really don't shop here again!

The ladies who work here are not friendly, they do t ask if you need help, they follow you around the store. If you pick something up and put it down they pick that same item up to examine it. I went in with sweats and a hoodie and they both looked at me like “what is she doing here” I don’t they just give off horrible vibes
