Reserved a U-Haul from the other Nogales location and no one even showed up. Went to this location and the lady was so nice and helpful and got me the trailer I needed. I will always only use this place for my rental needs.

My nana died on my sons bday Jan 16 I had to tell her three times and she hung up on me after refusing to take a 205 payment over the phone she wants me to go in instead the audacity and disrespect! Did you not hear me my grandma is dead I don’t have time to go pay in person I’m not even trying to be in Nogales anymore no wonder everyone moved out of this town the amount of disrespect is just awful and actually sad! La señora esa no tiene corazón o obvio creo que es narcisista ni sympatia para la gente en cuanto regrese a nogales después de todo lo de este funeral voy a pagar lo que debo y ir a otro storage no son los únicos en nogales!!!!
I went to this location to drop some stuff after my first failed attempt at crossing the border. The lady working there was super helpful. I recently had to call and renew my rental for another month and the same lady was again extremely kind and helpful over the phone. Awesome place if you need to store stuff when heading south of the border!
Very helpful and kind away willing to take the time and show you units and makes sure you are happy with what you are renting..
