They are just frustrating candidates in the name of UAN. A fresher candidate who doesn't have knowledge about pf and all they are asking to create UAN from anywhere and will not process joining without this. I have faced this in zomato process. They are saying again and again come in next batch, this is full. What the hell they are doing there. Which law says that the candidate will generate UAN from their own risk, company is responsible for this. I dont know more about the trainer as well i think she is aslo ilitrate. She should take some classes from outside.
Aegis is good for career starting and gain experience as a fresher. It has so many partner and their calling process. If you are 12th pass or more than you can start with this but there are limited option for growing your career. So don't think you can achieve more rather than a starter level.
Those experienced workers should at least learn to take care of them Company is genuine Company environment good Also have good people But no value of experience in own company
